The development and implementation of the Action Plan is led by the City of Santa Fe Mayor’s Children, Youth and Families Community Cabinet (CYFCC) and its sub-committees and supported by the collective impact efforts of the Santa Fe Birth to Career Collaboration (SF B2C). The Action Plan recommendations have been developed in partnership with the Santa Fe Birth to Career Collaboration and incorporate findings from in-depth data research as well as broad community and youth inputs from the Mayor’s Youth Summit, the Opportunity Santa Fe Community Summit, SF B2C Collaborative Working Groups, and various other forums and survey reports.
THANK YOU to the numerous community members who contributed to development of the Action Plan and for their on-going participation in the collective impact efforts.
The Mayor's Cabinet and SF B2C will refine the Action Plans and develop 2016 priorities for implementation in early 2016. For comments or feedback on the draft Action Plans, email .
