The development and implementation of the Action Plan is led by the City of Santa Fe Mayor’s Children, Youth and Families Community Cabinet (CYFCC) and its sub-committees and supported by the collective impact efforts of the Santa Fe Birth to Career Collaboration (SF B2C). The Action Plan recommendations have been developed in partnership with the Santa Fe Birth to Career Collaboration and incorporate findings from in-depth data research as well as broad community and youth inputs from the Mayor’s Youth Summit, the Opportunity Santa Fe Community Summit, SF B2C Collaborative Working Groups, and various other forums and survey reports.

Infographic: 10 Indicators, Santa Fe Now from Birth to Career
As our community works together to improve outcomes for our children and youth, the infographic below (first shared at the Opportunity Santa Fe Community Summit 2021), illustrates where we are now as a community with 10 indicators across birth to career outcomes. Data shows that in some areas ("bright spots") including high school graduation rate and degree productions, we have made a real progress over the past five years.

This demo tool has been created based on the initial survey of mentoring, tutoring and internship organizations in Santa Fe after a roundtable meeting on May 2021 that highlighted the need for a city-wide mentoring, tutoring & internship hub in Santa Fe. Summary report from the survey and roundtable meeting is also available. |

Santa Fe Community Baseline Report 2021
The Santa Fe Community Baseline Report 2015 is being jointly developed by the Santa Fe Birth to Career Collaboration (SF B2C) and the City of Santa Fe Mayor's Children, Youth and Family Community Cabinet.
It is intended to provide the community with the baseline understanding of where we are across the key indicators of success from birth to career. From September to December 2021, a draft report will be released on each of the outcome areas including early childhood success (available now), K-12 and youth resiliency, post-secondary success, career success, and prevention and re-engagement of disconnected youth.
