An important part of the Santa Fe Collective Action Plan includes recommendations for developing a city-wide Mentoring, Tutoring and Internship Hub to improve coordination across providers and expand access to programs for students and youth. Through the HUB, organizations could work together in the following ways:

- Create and maintain web-based information directory on mentoring, tutoring and internship programs
- Collaborate on community outreach, events and other marketing and communications including city-wide campaign
- Serve as referral partners and coordinate on recruitment efforts
- Collaborate on training and shared learning opportunities for professionals and volunteers to improve quality of services
- Identify key gaps in programs and develop targeted plans to expand services
